Step 1: Reach Out Early (But Don’t Stress if It’s Last-Minute!)
We always recommend reaching out 2–3 months ahead for weddings or larger events. But don’t worry if you’re planning something last minute! We do our best to accommodate even tight timelines if we have availability.
You can start by sharing with us:
Your event date
Location
Estimated guest count
How many hours of service you’re looking to have (no worries if you don’t know! We can chat to help find the best fit tailored to your event)
And any fun details you’ve dreamed up!
Step 2: Pick Your espresso bar/coffee cart Package
We keep things simple with all-inclusive pricing based on hours of service. Here’s what every booking includes:
Unlimited espresso drinks (lattes, americanos, mochas & more)
Full setup & takedown
Friendly baristas
Self contained cart (we don’t need a kitchen or water access!)
Some of our Optional add-ons:
Custom cups
Custom Branded cart
Seasonal or signature drinks (think lavender lattes, peppermint mochas or a redbull spritz)
Step 3: Confirm your On-site coffee service
Once we’ve chatted through the details and landed on your perfect setup, we’ll send over:
A simple contract
Your invoice - with any customizations/requests
A deposit secures your date, and the rest isn’t due until the week of the event!
Step 4: Event Day = Effortless
We’ll arrive early to quietly set up, serve amazing drinks with smiles, and clean up before we leave. You can expect a fun, coffee shop vibe.
*Here’s our only requirement: you don’t lift a finger. Whether you’re a bride, business owner, or host, the last thing you need on the day of is one more thing to manage. You enjoy the moment; we’ll handle the coffee and keeping guests happy!
